You may unsubscribe from our email marketing lists at any time by click on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in our email.

Pavely App – Location Services
We may collect location data to find your current location, to enable identification on the map of nearby venues with accessibility information or ratings and to narrow the search radius for venues.
We will only access this location data on your device with your permission.
Pavely App – Camera & Photo Library/Image Gallery Access
With your permission, we may also access your camera or photo library/image gallery so that you can customise the avatar associated with your user profile, and store the selected image. You can delete this image at any time by editing your user profile within the Pavely app.
Usage Data & Analytics
Usage Data is collected automatically when using our services, and we may use third-party Service providers to monitor and analyse this use.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
